Supporting Children in their natural environments
Knowing that children learn best when they are relaxed and engaged isn't new but the research around supporting the development of a child's movement skills in their natural environment has really grown over the last few years. These environments include their home, child care centre, school, local park, local pool and anywhere a child spends regular time. Mini Movers Physiotherapy is a mobile service and can work with you and your child to provide a service that is relevant to you and your child.
Evidence Based Therapy
Mini Movers Physiotherapy interventions are evidenced based and are dependent on the individualised goals of a child, decided in collaboration with you, the parent or guardian. Therapy options may include land and water based therapy, as well as orthotic and assistive equipment prescription. We look forward to contributing and collaborating with the team around your child including family and other health and education professionals.
